• Our relationship with you doesn't end at the time of payment; we like to think of this as a warm and personal welcome to our community. If your favorite piece develops a flaw in its original seams or finishes, the workshop offers full support for expert restoration or replacement.
• We want you to feel the same security and comfort you would receive if you visited us in person, under the premise that guides our brand: it's not just self-love, it's shared love.
• We want you to feel that subtle certainty, like butterflies in your stomach, when you see your piece for the first time, knowing that you chose the right item. But if, upon receiving it, you notice that the connection wasn't immediate, the process is completely transparent.
• You have 30 calendar days to request an exchange or return, provided the piece is unused. We believe that desire stems from beauty and not from pressure, so we will assist you with the patience and warmth of a family space.
